All About Who We Can Be;;
Name: Nikoline Ann Marsh
Nickname: Niko
Name Meaning: Derivative of Nicole - Means Victory
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Pet(s): Caclo kitten - Cleo
Grade [If applicable]: Sophomore
Appearance:
Eyes: Her eyes are a dark and deep brown, at times they seem nearly mahogany, as if there is a little crimson in them, no one knows why but people do not tend to ask, generally when they are that shade of brown people tend to get the idea that staying out of her way is a smart thing to do.
Hair: Long and russet toned, mostly down but when she is busy with something - like schoolwork - it is up. You can tell when she is thinking hard or working on something important because she will put her hair up into a messy bun or something of the sort to get it off her neck.
Body: Thin and athletic, not too slender but she is not overly curvaceous either. Her frame sometimes seems frail but you might want to be careful around her, she is far from frail.
Clothes: She tends to wear what she wants. She likes to wear jeans and t-shirts more often than not but she will settle for something nice when her mom wants her to look good, if only to appease her.
Celebrity: Summer Glau [negotiable at this time]
Personality:
Determined: She does what she must to get what she wants and sometimes she is a little thick-headed while doing it, not caring who is bothered by what she is doing to get what she wants.
Honest: She does not like to lie, she will tell you the truth even if it hurts you. She feels that if people are not honest than they are just as savage as the people of the dark ages, pissing in the streets. Some people call her brutally honest, she does not mind the metaphor.
Stubborn: She does not like the bend to what other people say. She is stubborn and at times pig-headed and tenacious. She gets her way if she feels she is right, but you would be sure to know that if she thinks she is right and she turns out to be wrong she will not apologize for the hardship.
Intelligent: Cunning and clever could also describe her. She enjoys mathematics and she tends to do equations in her sleep. She loves reading and enjoys history more than she can stand. She likes science for the experiments, she is well rounded and she finds herself quite smart, not just smart assed.
Adventurous: She loves trying new things and getting into new dangers. She will try anything once, not matter what it is - more than likely. She loves to be outside and is often antsy to get there when she is cooped up inside all day.
Sarcastic: There is not one person more sarcastic than her, at least that is what her mother things. She has a comment for everything and sometimes you can not tell whether she is joking or being serious because her tone is more than likely always dripping with sarcasm.

History:
Niko was born in Sacramento, California at around 4:15 in the morning. She did not cry like the other babies, something her parents often found odd about her. Ever since the day she was born and her big brown eyes opened there has been something different about the Marsh's little girl. When she was only a few years old she was already reading and writing. By the time she was in kindergarten she could already read small chapter books and was excellent at writing her name in both print and cursive. She was bound to be a smart little girl.
When she was 10 her father introduced her to the world of motorcycles. He would take her on his Harley for rides through the California country side while her mother was at her restaurant in the city doing what she loved. The years seemed to pass by too quickly for the little girl and she was soon getting older. When Niko was 15 she was getting into fights in the school she was at. People said that she was too honest and it hurt others feelings enough to get her into fights, her parents were worried. Derek bought his daughter her very own pistol around this time and told her to take her anger out on the targets in their back yard.
When she was 16 years old her father bought her a brand new motorcycle as a birthday present and worked with her for a few months until she got her license for it. She was really close to her father and her mother, she would spend hours after school at the restaurant working with her mom and then spend the twilight hours riding with her dad or shooting at the range, only to come home and do her homework and then spend time watching old movies and action flicks with her mother and father. They were a great family. Something was bound to go wrong.
Niko was getting picked up by her mom and dad in their sedan from school early one afternoon. She did not wish to stay after and so her mom and dad picked her up early since she did not ride her motorcycle in that day. On the way to the restaurant the car was struck at the side by a semi truck, the brakes had gone out right as they were crossing in the intersection. Niko's dad was driving the car. Niko's mom and her made it with some injuries. Niko has a long scar on her arm from shattering glass and she has a small scar on her forehead from some glass as well. Both Niko and her mother had some broken bones but nothing too serious, Niko's dad did not survive.
Niko's mom decided - when they got out of the hospital - that it was time to go back home to her family. She could not live around Cali anymore because so many things reminded her of Derek. Niko's mom sold the restaurant and bought a small but nice house in La Push, on the Reservation, where she grew up with her sister. Niko does not like the small town feel or the fact that she is around people she had not ever really met or known about for that matter, she never asked her mom about her family because she really did not care and now she was smack dab in the middle of it all.
Other: Niko is not yet a werewolf but she will phase into one later on in the RP. I want to keep her human for now. -admin edited-
RP Example:
[[ From another site I am on. =3 ]]Saorise was still shaking. She had a rather taxing little plane ride and she was in no mood to be thrust head on into the room she would be staying in for the next four to five days. Reason? Because it just happened to be the same room that her mortal enemy was in. Now, Ris was not one to hold grudges, unless it was on a guy who tried something on her or Dani. If it was a girl she needed a perfectly good reason to hold a grudge and more often than not even if she had a good reason she was not one to hold anything against the person. But this... This was a new all time low... Her now EX boyfriend was the reason for this grudge holding. Who this was against? A girl by the name of Alina Vania Kerl... A girl who just happened have been the reason behind Phillip becoming Ris' EX.
She sighed roughly as she looked over at her new friend Ceres. Ceres and her had met up just before the trip when Ceres realized that Saroise was a muggle born and knew how to work a muggle camera. They both discovered their love for the mischievous and they clicked. Ceres was asked a few days before the trip to meet Ris at the terminal after the plane ride so that she had someone to back her up on the way to the room. Thankfully Ceres agreed. Ris turned from her and looked around the hotel. It was so lovely. But it would become the bane of her existence the entire trip. Ris sighed and shook her head, this was going to be hell. She knew she would not be able to be in the same room as Alina without saying something. She swallowed hard, the hardest part about all of this is denying to people her feelings for Phillip. Telling them that she was over him, that he was nothing to her anymore, because it was a lie.
She opened the door to the room and looked around, it was so lovely in here. She immediately saw the bed next to the balcony and she smiled and walked over to it. Her and Ceres would sleep here, Alina and Becca's sister could take the other bed. She looked to Ceres and smiled faintly before sliding her suitcase beneath the bed. She opened her bag and took out her portable 8-track player and sat comfortable on her bed. She then took out the current book she was reading, Poems from Giacomo Leopardi, it was one of her most prized possessions, one of the first editions that was published back in 1946, a gift from her mother and father for Christmas a few years ago, they had just happened to run across it shopping and paid nearly 30 American dollars for it. She smiled as she opened the book and began reading one of her favorite of his works, one of his most famous. A Silvia - To Silvia.
She paused before reading the first line however because she had forgotten to take out her parent's picture. She slid her headphones down - now remembering that she did not even have them turned on - and rummaged into her bag for a small picture frame. The picture had three people in it, one was Ris when she was 15 and the other two were her mother and father. She smiled and kissed the picture softly before setting it on her bedside table. She then turned on her 8-track and listen end to "She Came in Through the Bathroom Window" by far her favorite Beatles song ever. She smiled content as she reopened her book and looked down at the page. They were starting to tan and they smelt of an old bookstore, oh how she loved that smell. She continued to smile as she nodded her head to the beat of the song and began reading her book in peace, completely forgetting about Alina, though Phillip was still nagging in the back of her mind, could she ever let him go?
